SHIPPING POLICY

United Kingdom 

Please allow 3 working days for processing. For orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service. This is the default option at the checkout. This delivery service takes between 2 - 4 business days for delivery. Shipping to the UK including processing and handling can take between 5 - 7 working days. 

International 

Please allow 3 working days for processing. For orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail's International Standard Class Delivery service. This is the default option at the checkout. This delivery service takes:

3 - 5 working days for Europe 

6 - 7 working days for the rest of the world

Shipping to Europe including processing and handling can take between 6 - 8 working days. 

Shipping to the rest of the world including processing and handling can take between 9 - 10 working days. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other circumstances out of our control.  

return & exchange policy

All sales are final. As we sell skincare products there are no returns or exchanges. Any external damages to your package should be reported to Royal Mail directly. Any claims for a defective product must be submitted within 7 days of the product being received to info@oroblanco.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve any issues in relation to defective product purchased from us.
